  for example on frame 1 there is nothing but on frame 2 a little white dot appears and on frame 3 its gone and sometimes it doesnt disappear it moves?

  Just to be clear im asking why white dots appear in 1 frame and disappear in another

  it is very difficult to comment on your question if we don't have a link for the sequence. But it looks as if you are describing a hot pixel (a known artifact)
