I'm not sure what this is

  on frame 4 there is a comet like object with a tail but it could be just a artifact. What do you think?

  That's a FMO (Fast Moving Object) in frame 4 and by the looks of it, it's a small meteorite. In frame 1 there is also a FMO and that's either a plane or a satellite.
