What is that on frame 3 top right edge?

looks like a #fmo (fast moving object) like a plane, satellite or meteor coming into the image from the right.

But it would be in Frame 4 too?

Why would it be in Frame 4 ??? FMO crossed field quite a time before picture 4 were taken.
