Can asteroids transit?

  At 9 o'clock in this image there is a bright star, and it looks like something, presumably in Sol system, is transiting it, can optically that happen? and if so, what would it look like?

  It's a Fast Moving Object (FMO), usually an artificial satellite.

  And the black dot over the star is the beginning of the star-bleed effect that really bright stars display, similar to the star in the bottom right corner
