artifact ?

  vertical line on left is #artifact but in frame 3 in upper left.....series of images, artifact?

  It is a #fmo (fast moving object) in frame 3. It could be a plane with flashing lights, or a satellite that is spinning and reflecting different amounts of light as it rotates.
