asteroid?

So would this be an asteroid? Second frame only, to the left edge of the image, between 8/9 o clock.

nope, that's just a hot pixel - otherwise you should see it on other frame too - it is not trailed so couldn't be moving fast if it was real. Also if you notice real objects in the image are several pixels wide (have much larger FWHM) as well as dimmer edges when compared to the brightness of the centre

Seems larger than 1 pixel. But could be.

You can have hot streaks too. Hot pixels aren't necessarily by themselves. Sometimes these are caused by cosmic rays.
