POSSIBLE UNKNOWN ASTEROID FOUND!!!!

  I believe I just discovered an asteroid, and it didn't say anything about being already known about, like the others I've come across.

  I have had a couple of those. Including a very bright one(!!!) I always try to add them to my favorites, but somehow that doesn't work.

  My question relating to this: are we contacted if a previous unknown object turns out to be a newly discovered asteroid/comet/... ? I would love the feedback from this!
