Looks like an airplane - since the lights blink as they fly - that's the trail shape you get.

The trail length is neither short enough to be a plane's strobe, nor long enough to be a flashing wing or landing light. Instead, I think it's a geostationary satellite. The trail length (about 440 arcseconds) corresponds to a duration of about 30 seconds -- the exposure time for CSS images -- for an object in a geostationary orbit.
