  I agree that a plan regarding space junk seem warranted, the issues with this particular image look more like it's just one of the not-very-good ones. The donuts are out of focus stars reflecting from the filter, the diagonal line I think I think is a glint from a bright star off to the right. Not 100% sure I can identify the circle. This is not the nicest image that we have.
