star/objetct appears from nothing

  I saw something like that two days ago. I was said (thanks CTidwell) the star could be masked by an circular black do artifact. In the picture you show there's some artifacts of this type....

  Yes - there is a small chance that some of the bad zones (dust, other detector artifacts) will cover a star and make it appear abruptly. The way to check that is to see if there is a dark circle that jumps around in the other frames nearby.
