  Are the multiple lights that appear a glitch?

  Its a simple explantion, its clouds. When the picture was taken, there were high level clouds and the pictures are taken 15 mins apart, which is why the "lights " move and change shape and direction. its not a glitch or artifacts, its just simply clouds.
