    Its and airoplane track, they leave a slight trail followed by a flash which is what you see here

    Highly unlikely that's an airplane. The flashes seem to bright and the track
    is to short. (only 3 blips)

    Rotating satellite just before it pasted into the Earth's shadow seems more likely.
