bottom left. i havent seen one of these pulsate like this before. why would it do that.

seems to be partly obscured by dust in the imaging system, frames 1 and 3

agree. When the flat field (image that the camera takes with lens cover on) is subtracted from images, #ffd (flat field defects) can occur.

Here the #ffd in different frames makes some stars dimmer as too much is subtracted (though not enough to make bright stars disappear)
